Proactive Physiotherapy Clinic · More than 2 years inAn area he does not have to worry about

Ben already had Google Ads running when we met. An agency looked after them, and in his words it was going ok. What he did not have was feedback. Minimal to none, so he was not really sure what was going on with it, and it was costing him some money because they weren't as efficient. He moved the account to Clinic Mastery because Pete knows physiotherapy and allied health as well as marketing. More than two years on, his books sit at a steady flow, and the ads are an area of the business he does not have to worry about.

No figures in this picture. Both positions are Ben's own description from the story brief: minimal to no feedback and costing him some money before, transparent and an area he does not have to worry about now.

The starting position

Where the clinic was when we started.

Ben was not starting from zero. Proactive Physiotherapy Clinic already had Google Ads running, with an agency looking after them. Ask him how that was going and the answer is short: it was going ok. Nothing was on fire, and that was part of the problem.

What he did not have was feedback. Minimal to none, in his words, so he was not really sure what was going on with it. Money left the clinic every month for an account he could not read. He puts the cost of that plainly: it was costing him some money because they weren't as efficient.

Then Clinic Mastery started offering the service, and the decision made itself. Ben's reasoning is his own: Pete is an expert in physiotherapy and allied health as well as being a marketing guru, so he trusted him to do it because he knows the industry very well. The account moved across.

What we did

The work, in the order we did it.

Took the Google Ads across from the agency.

The clinic was not without ads, so this was a handover, not a launch. What changed first was who was running it. Ben's brief to us was Google Ads, and that is what we run for him.

Made the ads more effective and more efficient.

Ask Ben what stands out about how we worked together and his answer is one line: Pete has made my Google ads more effective and efficient. The efficiency mattered because the old arrangement was costing him money. The effectiveness shows up in where his books sit now.

Put the account in front of him, in plain terms.

The old agency gave him minimal to no feedback, so the account was a black box he was paying for. The word Ben reaches for now is transparent, and it sits first in his testimonial, ahead of the results. He can see what is going on with the ads, which is the thing he could not do before.

Kept it steady, for more than two years.

This is not a 90 day story. The account has been ours for more than two years, and where his books sit today is a steady flow. Ben describes the ads now as an area of the business he does not have to worry about and knows is being done well.

Three words, three complaints answered

The feedback side

Transparent

A high level service that is transparent and delivers results.

Both columns are Ben's own words from the story brief, lightly trimmed. Effective and efficient come from his answer on how we worked together. Transparent comes from his testimonial.

The numbers

Before and after, line by line.

There are fewer counted figures in this table than in most of our case studies. Ben gave us one number, what he spends on ads each month, and plain words for everything else. So every row here is his own wording, not our ad account reporting. What moved is what he could see, how hard the money worked, and how much of his attention the ads took.

A month in ad spend, Ben's own answer. His advice to another owner: pay the money.

Return one

The ads themselves

Where his books sit today: a steady flow. More effective and more efficient than the account he handed over, in his words.

Return two

His own time

Spend your time on other things you are good at that can improve your business. That is where your other return from this investment is.

The $1,000 to $2,500 range is Ben's own answer on monthly ad spend. The two returns are his advice to another clinic owner, lightly trimmed. Not a tracked figure from the ad account.

Pete provides a high level service that is transparent and delivers results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their allied health clinic marketing.

What's next

Where the work goes from here.

The job from here does not change. Keep the spend working inside Ben's $1,000 to $2,500 a month range, keep the reporting transparent, and keep the flow steady. His advice to another owner sitting where he was is to pay the money and spend your time on the other things you are good at that can improve your business, because that is where the other return is. That is the arrangement we intend to keep earning.

Ha! I wrote the whole thing from the point of a testimonial for you 😉 Here you go: Pete’s single-handedly built my Google Ads into a reliable, consistent source of new patients — without me having to think about it. When I had to step away from the business for 6 months, he kept the Ads running like it was his own. It’s let me expand with confidence, both in staff, locations and going multidisciplinary. If you’re a clinic owner on the fence — just do it. Less stress, more time back, and Pete’s great!

Yeah, look, I've really enjoyed working with Peter. He's a good operator. He understands the industry and understands the market. You know, he changed my AdWords campaign, made it more beneficial. So overall, I was very happy with his interjection into what we were doing. And yes, I'd highly recommend him.
