Move Into Gear Exercise Physiology · 6 to 12 months in4 to 5 enquiries a week, set and forget

Marketing at Move Into Gear Exercise Physiology was non existent, and that is Tristan's own word for it, aside from some passive social media posts. He had very briefly run Google Ads himself, got no results, and lost hours of his week that felt wasted. He reached out to Clinic Mastery wanting to grow new client numbers, and they connected him with Pete. His description of the work since is the one every busy director wants: very seamless and easy, set and forget. By Tristan's count, new patient enquiries went from 2 to 3 a week to 4 to 5, on under $1,000 a month in ad spend. The books are growing, and the clinic no longer stresses about where new clients come from.

The starting position

Where the clinic was when we started.

Tristan's description of the marketing before this is blunt: non existent, aside from some passive social media posts. He had very briefly tried running Google Ads himself. No results, in his words.

The cost of that attempt was not really the ad spend. It was some hours over his week, and they felt wasted. Learning a complex system from scratch is exactly the headache he would later warn other clinic owners about.

What he actually wanted was growth in new client numbers. He reached out to Clinic Mastery, and they connected him with Pete. Upfront cost nearly stopped him, because when you are trying to manage cashflow, any new spend is a challenge. He went ahead anyway.

What we did

The work, in the order we did it.

Took Google Ads off his plate entirely.

Tristan has no interest in the analytics of Google Ads, his words, and he does not need to develop one. The campaign became ours to run, built to do the one job he named: grow new client numbers. The hours he had been losing to it went back to the clinic.

Ran it seamless, set and forget.

His description of how we worked together, not ours: very seamless and easy, a set and forget approach. He is not chasing us, and he is not wrestling a complex system in the gaps of his week. The ads run, and the enquiries arrive.

Left the clinic with an easy method to gain clients.

This is the part that surprised Tristan, because day to day, not much else changed at all. In his words, the clinic no longer needs to stress about new avenues for new clients. With the ads being effective, there is a pretty easy method to gain clients when and if they need.

The same channel, run two ways

Running it himself cost hours and returned nothing. Handing it over cost neither.

  • Some hours over the week, and they felt wasted

Every line on both sides is Tristan's own phrasing from his story: the short DIY run before, and his description of how the work runs now.

The numbers

Before and after, line by line.

Every figure in this table is Tristan's own count and his own words, not our ad account reporting. A typical week used to bring 2 to 3 new patient enquiries and now brings 4 to 5, on under $1,000 a month in ad spend. His honest summary of what changed day to day is that not much did. The clinic just stopped stressing about where new clients come from.

The steadiness is the point. In his words, the clinic now has a pretty easy method to gain clients when and if it needs.

All of it is Tristan's own account: the enquiry counts, the stress, and his summary that day to day it didn't really change much at all. Nothing here is a tracked ad account figure.

Peter and his team make running Google Ads completely hassle-free, saving you from the headache of learning a complex system from scratch. If you'd rather focus on running your business than wrestling with analytics, leave it to them, they deliver strong results and a clear ROI.

What's next

Where the work goes from here.

The plan from here is deliberately quiet, because the whole point is that there is not much to manage. The ads stay set and forget, the spend sits under $1,000 a month, and when the clinic wants more new clients, the easy method is already running. What Tristan says it has meant personally is less stress and more confidence in the business model and its stability. That is the result the clinic keeps.
