Sante Health · Inside the first 6 monthsFrom 1 enquiry a week to 3

Stan came to us already good at one channel. His Meta ads were making good content and getting good leads, mostly for the coaching side of Sante Health. Google was the opposite: not good at all, in his words, and no one could really find the clinic there, even after two agencies had been through. We built Google Ads and landing pages, the pages he calls so good, way more efficient and to the point. By Stan's count, new patient enquiries went from 1 a week to 3, on under $1,000 a month in ad spend. The books are growing, and he has a fair few hours a week back.

Enquiries in a week, before and now

The week that held one enquiry now holds three.

Now, a typical week

3new patient enquiries

That is 3x the enquiries, and it is also just two more a week. Both are true, and both are counted from a base of one, which is the honest way to say it.

Stan's own count of new patient enquiries in a typical week, before we started and now. Not a tracked ad account figure.

The starting position

Where the clinic was when we started.

Sante Health was not starting from zero. Stan was very good at the Meta ads, making good content on Instagram and getting good leads, mostly for the coaching side of the clinic. Google was the other story. Not good at all, in his words, and the biggest issue was simple: no one could really find them there.

He had already paid to try to fix it. Two agencies came and went without much result, and one of them charged $2,000 to set up and then $500 a week, for SEO work Stan calls okay but way too slow for what it cost, so they didn't stay long at all. He tried doing it himself too, but running the clinic and the Meta ads he was better at left no time to learn Google properly.

The decision came in the starting phase of the clinic. Stan knew he didn't have time to work on that aspect and learn all of it straight away, not while he was treating his own clients, bringing the money in and building the other systems. What settled it was trust: he calls Pete a very honest man who does really cool work, explains and shows what he does, and responds. Someone working in the industry made the difference.

What nearly stopped him? Maybe the small cost, maybe the timing. But the cost honestly wasn't bad at all compared to a lot of other companies, his words, and he knew straight away what we would do and could do. A pretty easy sell, if he's being honest.

What we did

The work, in the order we did it.

Took on the channel where no one could find them.

The brief was the gap, not the strength. Meta already worked, so the job was Google, where two agencies and his own attempts had not cracked it. Since working together, Stan describes a nice shift: more new clients coming in, which has been awesome, his words.

Built landing pages he calls so good.

A big difference to what he had done in the past, way more efficient and to the point. That is Stan's own review of the pages, not ours. And there are new ones to do from here, to see how they work, which is exactly how landing pages should be treated.

Worked it like people who have run clinics.

The standout for Stan, twice over, is that we have worked in the industry and know what we are talking about. Pete explains and shows what he does, and responds, which Stan calls big. No overselling the dream, showing the potential and the way to get there instead.

The numbers

Before and after, line by line.

Every figure in this table is Stan's own count and his own words, not our ad account reporting. A typical week used to bring 1 new patient enquiry and now brings 3, on under $1,000 a month in ad spend. The honest notes stay in too: the team still has quiet weeks and busy weeks, and retention of the new people is okay, could be better, his words. The change he keeps naming is the one that matters at this stage, an increase in new people coming in.

His advice to another clinic owner covers this column: it takes time, you would want to see results quickly, and you won't. He can see the momentum and the vision.

Every line is Stan's own wording, less than six months in. Nothing here is our ad account reporting, and the not yet column is on the page because he said it and it belongs there.

Clinic Mastery are really the most legit marketing company I've come across when it comes to working with clinics. They're very professional, they respond really quickly, they're very clear on what they wanna do, what you need to do. They don't oversell you the dream, but they show you the potential, which is really cool. But they also show you how to get there and how you can do it yourself with the right guidance.

What's next

Where the work goes from here.

Stan's own advice to another clinic owner doubles as the plan: it takes time, you would want to see results quickly, and you won't. He can see the momentum and the vision, and in his words, in six months' time we'll be in a different situation. That is his prediction, not our promise. From here the ads keep running at under $1,000 a month, there are new landing pages to try to see how they work, and the goal stays the one he named: a busier team, fed by more new people.
