Websites for Chiropractic Clinics.
Built by clinic owners. Designed for the patient walking in with pain. Tuned for fast bookings on mobile, AHPRA-compliant on every line.
A chiropractic patient with a sore back doesn't care about your wellness philosophy. They care that their back hurts and you can help. Most chiropractic websites get this backwards. They lead with wellness, holistic care, and a long story about chiropractic philosophy. The patient with acute pain doesn't read any of it. They bounce. The websites that book the patient are the ones that meet them at the door: pain-led copy, fast booking, and the trust signals that say 'we treat what's wrong with you'. Wellness is the long-term plan. The website needs to win the first appointment first.

What chiropractic patients need on your website
Patients arrive in pain. Build the site for that arrival.
Most chiropractic website visits start with a Google search for a specific pain. Back pain. Neck pain. Headache. The patient lands on your site with one question: can you help me, today. The site has to answer that question before it explains anything else.
Each of these answers a question the patient has before they book. Do you treat what's wrong with me. How quickly can I book. Will my plan or rebate cover this. Who am I going to see. If your site can answer those four questions in under a minute, it converts. If it can't, it doesn't.
Where agencies go wrong
Most chiropractic websites lead with philosophy. Patients arrive with pain.
We've audited chiropractic websites across the Clinic Mastery community for years. The same mistake shows up almost every time.
The site opens with a long story about chiropractic care, the principles of spinal alignment, the philosophy of holistic health. The clinic owner is proud of it. The patient with a sore lower back skips past all of it and bounces because they couldn't find a 'book now' button quickly enough.
The second mistake is hiding the pain-led pages. The conditions you treat, in patient language, are buried under 'Our Services' or 'Our Approach'. The patient who Googled 'lower back pain chiropractor' lands on a homepage about chiropractic philosophy and leaves. The page about lower back pain (which would have converted them) is three clicks deep.
The third mistake is non-compliant copy. The Chiropractic Board has tighter rules than most healthcare specialties on broad-health and cure claims. Many websites make claims that put the registered chiropractor at risk. We rebuild every line to stay clearly within the guidelines, without losing conversion.
Wellness is the goal. Pain is the door. The website needs to be built for the door.
How we build it
How we build websites for chiropractic clinics.
Same four-part build every clinic gets, sharpened for chiropractic.
Build the site pain-first.
We rebuild the navigation around what patients actually search: back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports recovery. Each pain area gets its own page that explains what's happening, what you do about it, and how to book. Your wellness content doesn't disappear. It moves to where it belongs: a section the patient sees once they're already convinced you can help with their pain.
Make the booking visible everywhere.
A bright booking button on every page. Click-to-call on mobile. Online booking integrated with Cliniko, Halaxy, Power Diary, Nookal, or whichever practice management software you use. The patient goes from search result to confirmed appointment in under 30 seconds.
Make HICAPS, Medicare, and DVA unmissable.
We build a fees page that lists the standard fee, accepted health funds via HICAPS, EPC bulk-billing where you offer it, DVA, and any concession options. Plus the relevant logos sit visibly on the booking page. The patient knows in five seconds whether you're set up for them.
Stay AHPRA-compliant on every page.
The Chiropractic Board has tighter advertising rules than most healthcare specialties. We rebuild every line of website copy to stay clearly within the guidelines. No unsupported cure claims. No broad-health promises. No risk to your registration. Compliance is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
What good looks like
What a healthy chiropractic website looks like.
A well-built chiropractic website should convert at least 3 to 5% of new visitors into bookings. That assumes pain-led pages, fast loading, an unmissable booking flow, and clear HICAPS information. The bigger lift usually comes from organic search traffic. Pain-led pages rank for symptom searches that philosophy-led pages never could. Most chiropractic clinics we rebuild see organic search bookings double within 6 to 12 months, just from restructuring the content. Same clinic, same team, more bookings.
