Websites forRemedial MassageClinics.
Built by clinic owners. Designed for the clinical client, not the spa shopper. Tuned for fast bookings on mobile and visible HICAPS info on every page.
A remedial-massage client hitting your website needs to know one thing in the first five seconds: are you a clinical remedial clinic or a day spa. Most remedial websites blur the line. Soft-light photography, language about relaxation and tranquillity, the vibe of a wellness retreat. The clinical client with chronic shoulder pain or a HICAPS card looks at the homepage, can't tell whether you offer rebatable remedial appointments, and books elsewhere. The websites that book clinical clients are the ones that lead clinically. Practitioner led, condition led, HICAPS-visible. Built to book.

What remedial-massage clients need on your website
Clinical clients arrive with pain or a HICAPS card. Build the site for both.
Most clinical remedial-massage website visits start with a Google search for a specific issue (back pain, deep tissue, sports recovery) or a rebate question (HICAPS, health fund). The site has to make it obvious in the first 30 seconds that this is clinical, that HICAPS is supported, and that the therapist is qualified.
Each of these answers a question the client has before they book. Are you a clinical clinic or a spa. Will my health fund cover it. Is the therapist qualified to treat my issue. How quickly can I get in. If your site can answer those four questions in under a minute, it converts. If it can't, it doesn't.
Where agencies go wrong
Most remedial websites look like spas. Clinical clients are looking for a clinic.
Audit remedial-massage websites across the Clinic Mastery community for long enough and the same patterns surface almost every time.
The first mistake is spa positioning. Soft-light photography, candle imagery, language about relaxation and tranquillity. The clinical client with a chronic shoulder issue can't tell whether you're a clinic or a wellness retreat, and they go somewhere that's clearly clinical.
The second mistake is hiding HICAPS. Health fund rebatability is a primary booking driver for clinical remedial clients. It belongs on the homepage, on every condition page, and on the booking page. Most websites bury it on a fees page three clicks deep, if they mention it at all. The HICAPS user assumes you don't claim and books a clinic that does.
The third mistake is missing therapist credentials. The qualifying detail (Diploma of Remedial Massage, association membership, years of clinical experience) tells the clinical client this isn't a spa. Most websites mention it once on a buried 'About' page. We put it in the practitioner bios on every relevant page.
Not a day spa. Built clinically. Built to book.
How we build it
How we build websites for remedial-massage clinics.
Same four part build every clinic gets, sharpened for clinical remedial-massage.
Build the site clinically from the first scroll.
We rebuild the homepage to lead with the clinical positioning. Practitioner led photography, not soft-light spa photography. Language that talks about clinical assessment, chronic pain, sports recovery, and treatment outcomes. The first scroll has to make it impossible to mistake the clinic for a day spa.
Build condition pages that rank.
Back pain. Neck and shoulder. Sports recovery. Deep tissue. Pregnancy massage (with the right qualification). Each of these searches volume and converts well when the page actually explains the clinical approach to that issue. We build out the condition pages that match the highest-volume local searches, with their own copy and their own booking buttons.
Make HICAPS and health funds unmissable.
Health fund logos in the header. HICAPS visible on every condition page. The booking page makes claiming obvious. The fees page explains the rebate amounts for the major funds. The HICAPS user knows in five seconds you're set up for them, which is often the only question that matters at the moment of booking.
Make the booking visible everywhere.
A bright booking button on every page. Click to call on mobile. Online booking integrated with Cliniko, Halaxy, Mindbody, Timely, or whichever booking system you use. The client goes from search result to confirmed appointment in under 30 seconds.
Six places HICAPS has to live
HICAPS visibility is the single biggest conversion lever on a remedial site.
A meaningful share of clinical remedial bookings come from clients searching for a therapist who can claim through HICAPS at the time of treatment. They screen for the logo in the first few seconds. Most remedial websites mention HICAPS once, on a buried fees page. The clinics whose websites convert make HICAPS visible on every page that matters.
Header
HICAPS logo + 'Same-day claim' caption
Patient screens for it in the first three seconds. If it's not visible, they assume you don't claim and book elsewhere.
Homepage hero
Health fund logos in a single row + clinical positioning copy
Tells the clinical client this is a remedial clinic, not a spa. The contrast is the work.
Each condition page
HICAPS visible alongside the condition. One line on rebate amount.
Patient who lands on the back pain page from search wants to confirm the rebate before they keep reading.
Practitioner profile
Therapist credentials + funds the therapist can claim
Rebatability ties to qualification. Patient checks both at once.
Booking page
HICAPS logo + a 'Same-day claim available' caption near the calendar
The decision-to-book moment. The reminder removes the last hesitation.
Fees page
Fee, rebate amount per major fund, out-of-pocket
Patient wants the number. Display it. The rebate-led searcher converts on this page more than any other.
Six placements. None of them disruptive to the design. All of them removing a moment of hesitation in the visitor's decision. The HICAPS-led searcher books because they're already qualified to.
What good looks like
What a healthy remedial-massage website looks like.
A well built clinical remedial-massage website should convert at least 4 to 6% of new visitors into bookings. The conversion rate is usually higher than other allied health because the booking decision is faster, the booking value is lower, and HICAPS visibility removes the main hesitation. The bigger lift usually comes from organic search traffic. Condition led pages rank for symptom searches that generic 'remedial-massage' pages never could. Most clinics we rebuild see organic bookings double inside 6 to 12 months. Same clinic, same therapists, more bookings.
